<Entity> Application Details:

• Raid nights are: Wednesday, Thursday and Monday, 10 mans run often on the weekends.
• Raid time from 7:50pm (invites) to 11:30pm (GMT +10 Eastern Standard, Australia time).

• Note: Our raiding schedule allows for flexibility of those who work and attend University full-time - i.e. committing to 3 nights per week is not a hard ask.

General requirements:

The Officer group is seeking exceptional players, who are mature, highly competitive, and analytical in their approach to the game, while at the same time remaining humble and patient. Primadonnas, drama-mongers, and selfish players need not apply.

Entity is looking for players who learn quickly, do not make the same mistake twice, multitask well, are attentive to their surroundings and are able to quickly grasp the bigger picture of a given encounter, rather than just their class-specific narrow role. If you never die to any flavor of Shadow Fissure, never blow up the raid (unintentionally) and so forth, then that's a start. If you're the sort of player who usually ends up doing technical tasks like kiting mobs on encounters that require it - even though it means diminishing your awesome DPS - because (you and) your guildmates know that you're the one for the job, that is a good sign.

While people who enjoy PvP, as do most of us, are more than welcome, PvE progression should be your priority when it comes down to it. It should be the aspect of game play you build your character around and the deciding factor in choices you make regarding gear and spec.

Your history as a player should demonstrate experience and commitment to endgame raiding. Ideally, applicants will be players who have extensive TBC raiding experience along with extensive pre-ICC hardmode experience. Applications that claim exceptional skill, without a level of experience that would allow for such skill to be tested, will be looked upon with extreme skepticism.

Specific requirements:

• You are available 100% for raid nights; Wednesday, Thursday and Monday.
• You are available from 7:50pm (invites) til 11:45pm latest (GMT+10).
• You have ventrilo and a working microphone.
• You have a stable internet connection.

• You are mature i.e. you are not a teenager and do not behave like one ,
• You are self sufficient with consumables, enchants, repairs and respecs for all raids,
• You have the best quality (item level) gear, enchants and gems you can get your hands on,
• You are able to listen to feedback from multiple players within the group and adapt as needed. We're an easy going player group but come raid time we focus on our goals, and
• You are prepared and have ambition to complete Heroic Mode content.
